To use certain features of MSocial, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

When using MSocial, you agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
  • Promotes violence or dangerous activities
  • Contains spam, scams, or misleading information

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on MSocial. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Our Content

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MSocial are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Brand Campaigns & Collaborations

When participating in brand campaigns:

  • You must comply with all campaign requirements and guidelines
  • You must disclose sponsored content as per FTC/ASCI guidelines
  • Payment terms are as agreed between you, the brand, and MSocial
  • MSocial may charge a platform fee for facilitating collaborations

7. Payments & Earnings

For creators earning through MSocial:

  • Payments are subject to verification and approval
  • You must provide valid payment and tax information
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply
  • MSocial is not responsible for payment disputes with brands

8. Contests & Competitions

Participation in contests like Mrs Social is subject to specific contest rules. Winners are selected based on criteria outlined in contest terms. MSocial reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate contest rules.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MSocial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

MSocial and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of MSocial after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
